Took my truck here for a second opinion after a different Mechanic messed up and my truck caught fire. Nate had the utmost expert opinion I could have ever hoped for. Nate knew everything that would happen given insurance company involvement, literally every step of the way. Water Star provides storage and immediately got to work on my truck. Nate provides AAA backed support so if you have AAA towing or membership that's a plus. Altogether the most attentive and knowledged shop I have ever dealt with. Thanks Nate and water Star for your help! Strongly recommend!!!

This shop is the ultimate in professional, friendly, and high caliber service. I love supporting locally owned businesses and Water Star Motors makes me feel like I’m as important as a family member. Had a very smooth experience with Water star motors. The staff is very friendly and prompt. Took my car for smog inspection by appointment and they happily accommodated me for a last minute request to do regular car maintenance check. Highly recommended 👍🏻

This is honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Everyone is very helpful, kind and informative. Their online system is top notch and gives all of the information you need to make a decision about next steps. They even vacuumed my car (and got some hard to reach fish crackers I thought were lost forever in the abyss under the third row seat!). I’m bringing my cars back here every time, hands down, and I suggest that you do, too!
