This place is awesome. They don't over service, they don't under service. The team is fast, professional and reasonably priced. I love that they can handle foreign makes and modern cars...no more dealership for me!

I now have 5 vehicles serviced by Waterstar, two BMW's, on Mercedes, one ford truck, and now an all electric all terrain vehicle. They are the best.

They did a very thorough inspection and made sure I knew all the problems when I was preparing to purchase a vehicle. Additionally they sent a detailed outline of my car and explained the potential issues that could arise. I would recommend a Water Star Motors to anyone who wants a pre purchase inspection.

Water Star is truly outstanding among all the competitors in Santa Cruz. They have very knowledgeable and capable mechanics BUT the shining star is Kristen, the office manager. Her customer service is above and beyond - just OUT-standing. Plus, she has a background in the industry and knows quite a lot about her subject matter... I highly recommend them and Kristen is a star.
