My oil level sensor failed! Water Star replaced the unit quickly by ordering the part even before confirming the diagnosis.

Had a very good experience at this shop and would return for additional services. I went in yesterday at 8am to get a smog check. I didn't call ahead and I had no appointment but was accepted immediately. The woman at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I left my car there and it was ready early. I used the current check in offer and received $10 off the smog check so I paid $48 (including DMV paperwork) instead of their regular $58.

My experience at Water Star was excellent as usual! The owners and staff are always polite, friendly & take really good care of me & my Benz. The owner is so knowledgeable - factory-trained - he can fix absolutely anything - and has a good sense of humor to boot.

Got the information in clear,concise terms.Rebecca was on top of letting me know whatwas wrong, what needed to be done. I wasnotified when the work was completed.Again, a very professional, friendly experience.

I had initially attempted to schedule an appointment for a routine oil and filter change and was informed that I could not bring it in that day due to solid bookings. An hour later, I got a call back from Henry informing me of a couple open slots available at my preferred time. Worked out great and concluded with efficient and thorough service performed.

Waterstar has been taking care of my vehicles since 1998. I find them to be personable, efficient, and friendly. I love that they are "green". I have sent a number of friends to them over the years and all have received excellent, high quality care.

I drove all the way from Hollister (1 hour away) to get my car fixed at Water Star, because they really are the most dependable auto repair shop. My 93 Nissan needed some major repairs, and I was not going to take a chance with anyone else - even for the convenience of proximity. Their track record is solid! My old Honda almost made it up to 300,000 miles with Water Star's help. I truly believe these guys can keep my Nissan running for at least another 100,000 miles!

I found their prices to be competitive on the replacement of my serpentine belt. I was told Continental was the longest wearing belt (7 years) , more so than Bondo or Gates(worst) and then it turned out that that they wont be making it for an automatic transmission for another 8 months. So we had to go with the Bondo which only lasts 5 years instead of 7 or so. It is this kind of knowledge, even if it did not work out, that matters to me, that the shop will investigate.They were thorough and efficient and were done ahead of time. They wanted $99 dollars for the synthetic oil change that lasts 10 years, so I went for the Castroil that only lasts 5 years, and will put the synthetic next time. i really liked how clean and organized their shop is and how friendly and relaxed the atmosphere is.
