The standard smog check test ran into an obstacle because we had had a dead battery problem several weeks back that interfered with passing the smog test. So, Water Star Motors suggested driving the car up to Davenport and back so as to reset the monitors. Test was remade and it worked. Pleased that this added step did not increase the cost. Services very responsive, friendly and effective. Thank you.

After a quick door handle replacement I was in a fender bender that left my car in poor shape. The team really worked with me to make sure what was most important got work done, and done well. I was considering selling my car after it was fixed but with such good care i know my car can hang-on for a few more years. I'm happy to have people i trust in the area to keep me on the move. I called last minute for smog certificate and they gladly told me to come in when I could. Upon arriving I saw two others waiting for service also and they apologized for the wait. I was soon helped and was told it would take less then 30min. 35 min later the car was done and they even offered me AAA discount of 10percent. Was a pleasure doing business with them and will see them again when I need service.
