I must say I was quite dissappointed when After being warmly welcomed by Kristen and told they worked on VW Vanagons all the time and to bring my car down to be checked out, I was met by an aggressive and unfriendly owner (her Dad) who rejected my van due to false statements by his daughter. Half a day wasted. Bad vibes:(
