Second time there. Took my car for 60K service on my Porsche. Initial reaction is always skeptical when you are having a major service done to your favorite car. Talked to car mechanic (Troy). Very knowledgeable and very nice guy. Got my car done and out the door. Keep up the great work guys and girl (this goes for you Rebecca).

Great work, very cost-conscious

My 15 year old Volvo is pushing 250,000 miles and still rolling thanks to Water Star. It is always a pleasure doing business with them. I trust their work, their honesty and integrity. And I really like the Christmas chocolates! Thanks Water Star.

Service at Water Star Motors is always fast, trustworthy, courteous, and accommodating. The owners and staff could not provide better, honest, communications. I always feel I am in good, expert hands.

Good "green" politics,educates the public w/ a column that has safety and $ saving tips,sells Feng Shui car packages, sends Birthday discounts, has decent coffee and oh yay,they are good mechanics w/ reasonable costs :)

Everyone is thoughtful and helpful with your needs. I feel they care about my car and I trust them totally, which I haven't been able to say about any other car company I've ever been to. "A family run business that cares about you".

Work was done on time, with no surprises on the cost, and car is running great now. We were able to get an appointment on short notice as well. I have a 1999 Toyota Corolla that has needed very little work, overall, but I'm glad to have a place I trust for repairs.

Excellent service and customer care. My ride didn't show they provided me with instant service to get me where I needed with a smile !

The lady was very nice at the counter and I was in and out in about 15/20 minutes.
