My 10-year old car has experienced failures typical of a car of its age, and Water Star has responded professionally and most helpfully every time. Recently when a part failed that was past its manufacturer's warranty period, Henry asked me to pay for the new part but did not charge me for the labor to replace it, since he felt the part and its replacement was still under HIS warranty. He and his staff do great work and my car is in tip-top shape.

I've been to Water Star twice, and each visit has been very pleasant. Super nice people. Helpful. Genuine. I like the "green and serene" motto and so far, they live up to it.

I ENJOY taking my car to Water Star. From the warm welcome at the front desk, the interesting discussions in the ride car, and chatting with Henry and Lisa with a laugh and a smile, a visit to Water Star made my day. They always point out issues that need watching but never try to sell you work that is not necessary. Water Star is the only place I recommend for care of your vehicle.

The people & service at Water Star Motors were superb.Friendly, helpful, good-humored, well-organized and competent, the staff always takes good care of you and your car. Henry Carter knows more about Mercedes than anyone I have ever known, and I trust him completely.

Excellent service

I visited Water Star Motors twice over 2012 and 2013. In 2012 I was rear ended and noticed that my car was hard-shifting afterward. I was referred to Water Star by a friend who highly recommended them. I found out that there was much more extensive damage from the accident than I had anticipated as well as some brake work that I needed done. I was given a very good rate on the repairs (which I have had no problems with for one year) and also very good counsel about all things automotive as well as related legal issues from Rebecca Furlong. They helped change a mountain of stress back to a mole hill! In 2013 I moved cities and had an oil change done by Just Tires in Southern California. They recommended that I have my rear-brake pads entirely replaced in the very near future as well as several other maintenance issues which I was skeptical of. I was in Santa Cruz on business shortly after and I had the rear brakes examined by Water Star since they had given me such a good rate before. They found that they pads only needed adjustment instead of replacement which saved me money. They offered to show me parts and again gave me great advice on near-future maintenance for my car, as well as quotes that I could use down in Southern California later.Overall very friendly and knowledgeable staff (Rebecca and Sue especially), not to mention refreshingly honest. Fast service and fair prices.
