Lisa and Henry really impressed me when I visited their auto repair service shop in Santa Cruz. They really seem care to care about their customers, employees and the environment. When I brought my car there, I was so impressed by all the awards on their wall ("Best Auto Shop", "Most Green Business", etc).

I had no problem getting Water Star to smog-certify two out-of-state vehicles on short notice. Price was very reasonable and included an overall check of engine, brake and tires. Work was done close to estimated time and all charges and findings were thoroughly explained.Great service center and highly recommend!

My car hums along now, no more squeaky brakes and those new windshield washers! Spectacular.
