My car hums along now, no more squeaky brakes and those new windshield washers! Spectacular.

Lisa and Henry really impressed me when I visited their auto repair service shop in Santa Cruz. They really seem to care about their customers, employees and the environment. When I brought my car there, I was so impressed by all the awards on their wall ("Best Auto Shop", "Most Green Business", etc).

This annoying website won't let me post 5 stars for some reason, but 4.5 is an understatement - it should actually be 6 out of 5 stars!The crew at Water Star has always been more than just a mechanic shop with how helpful and courteous they are - more like a hybrid of mechanic and automobile consultants.

I've been going to Water Star Motors for almost 5 years, and have always been beyond pleased with their service. They consistently go out of their way to do quality work and make sure that I'm satisfied. And as a woman, it's such a relief to have an auto repair shop I totally trust. When Water Star says my car needs some work, I never doubt that it needs some work.
