Service was much quicker than expected. Saved me time and money getting a rental car.BMW transmissions cost a lot of $$ so nothing Water Start could do about that. I am not experiencing any problems after the repairs.

Very warm and friendly place to take your car. Felt kind of like family and had lots of informative conversations with Rebecca and Henry regarding my 1960 Porsche which was there with lots of tricky little problems to solve. My bill actually came out less than the original bid. Honest and good people to take care of your car. Highly recommend you give them a try. Bob

Work was performed as promised.

The foks at Waterstar are the best. When I had an emergency problem, they fit me into their day, gave me a riide to and frrom work,, and found a way to make the repair highly affordable. Rebecca, Terise, and the mechanics are really wonderful.

Water Start was great. My car was making a weird noise, so I called and they said "Bring it right in." Turned out to be the alternator, which is a bigger deal than a loose belt or something like that (which I'd hoped was the problem). They diagnosed it by mid-morning, fixed it in a couple of hours, and I was back on the road by the end of the day. Awesome. They even gave me a ride to work after I dropped it off in the morning.

I booked my smog check via their website. Super easy, super quick. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable an quite helpful. Highly recommend!

What I most appreciate about Water Star Motors is that they do good work, and keep my old car going safely. I also very much appreciate the friendly staff, who always know my name, and especially Henry, who is always willing to listen to my often rather trivial problems; he actually knows my car and me, and cares about both - he is never too busy for me - even when I have dropp'd in unexpectedly. And, he is a very fine diagnostician. All these things make going to Water Star Motors a pleasure - just like going to my dentist (also a fine fellow by the way!)
