First time customer, had Water Star Motors perform a 60K/Main Service on a 12Y old Mazda 5. Very thorough inspection, their web based system kept me up to date on progress & necessary repairs. Timely & frequent communication with a friendly team. Reasonable prices. Two thumbs up & will surely come back.

Jeff was so helpful! He was very calm and explained everything to me and made it so I wasn’t in the dark or stressed out. Definitely recommend this place over the other auto shops I’ve been too in Santa Cruz.
