Probably won't take my Mercedes here again. The service solved my check engine light problem but created a new one. An intermittent "gas cap loose" check engine light came on right after the service. After 2 months and spending $45 for a new gas cap (did not fix the problem), I finally figured out that the technician left a small hose on the fuel evap system disconnected which was the root cause. Reconnected the hose and problem went away.
Jim, Thanks for taking the time to talk with me on the phone. I am sorry you had issues with the repair. Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. I wish we would have had the opportunity to reinspect your Mercedes, and take care of the issue.
