Front desk is friendly. The mechanic was happy to do my job. I felt I could trust them, a rare feeling in an auto repair shop. I switched my future car care to these guys.

Water Star Motors did not let me down when smogging my vehicle. They provided excellent service at a fair rate and made me feel welcome upon arrival and departure. I've been to many mechanics in the area and Water Star is by far the best. I will absolutely come back in the future. Thanks again Water Star!

Came in for a smog check. Many options for appointment times. Staff was very friendly. Smog check was done within an hour. Staff let me of some other things the technician noticed while servicing my car but did not pressure me about getting it done. I would highly recommend and will return.

I can't believe it, the noise in my brakes is finally gone! These guys did it! When they work on my car, it makes a difference. Not only is the sound gone, the brakes FEEL good too, even in the rain. Last time they worked on it, I noticed a difference too, the struts make going over speed bumps much smoother. When you spend money on your car, it's so great when it actually drives better. I highly recommend Water Star Motors if you want to feel justified in spending money on your car. I love my car again and stopped feeling like I need to buy a new one.
