Water Star Motors is amazing. After dealing with other mechanics who claimed to know my Volkswagen TDI and botched every peice of work they did, it was a blessing to come to Water Star. Not only do they know what to do with my car, they treat me like a person, and go out of their way to explain things and reduce the cost the best they can.

Waterstar is consistently excellent in mechanical and client service. I've taken cars to them and made referrals for more than 10 years.

My car was in and out with new break pads and roters under 5 hours. Their price was fair and a little cheaper than most. Communication was obviously important to owner. Many places say they will call to give prognosis or to let you know car is ready, but most don't. Water Star was very timely and called as agreed.

As usual, the repair was easy to schedule and ran smoothly. My concerns were addressed, and the Water Star team worked to assure that necessary repairs were streamlined and that not-yet-necessary repairs continued on "watch" status. Scott always answers my questions clearly. I feel that my car and I are well cared for! Thank you.

Always helpful in checking areas where there could be potential problems, without a hard sell. Same day service, even when it has been a bit of an emergency. The service on our Lexus and Mercedes has been top-notch. The oil change and belt replacement on our daughter's Corolla, while she was here for a couple of days, was fabulous...especially considering she could have burnt her engine up!!!! Thanks Scott! Really nice guys, but they forgot to change my oil (one of three things I needed done). That was a total bummer. The car also wasn't ready by noon; somehow word didn't get from the guy I talked with on the phone to the mechanic, so he didn't start early enough.

I'm still a relatively new customer at Water Star. However, my experience thus far has been really positive as regards the scheduling, the communication and the work itself. I appreciate the time that is taken to discuss what's going on with my car, and what I need to be aware of regarding future work.
