They were very personable from scheduling the appointment, to drop off, and pick up. All around good customer service. There was no upselling that you usually experience at major chain stores, which I appreciated, and I was informed of any additional items that need attention.

Absolutely no ethics, whatsoever. Besides having terrible customer service from the moment I started working with them, these guys tried pretty hard to rip me off. Luckily I had time to take my car to my regular mechanic and he fixed the issue for 30% of what Water Star Motors quoted. Also, they left grease prints all over the interior of my vehicle. Seriously, everywhere. Be warned, this place SUCKS.

Went in for a smog check, they did a complete inspection and offered maintenance recommendations. Our car passed smog and we were on our way. Friendly and professional staff, family owned and operated. I recommend this shop.
