I took my grandson’s recently purchased used car to Water Star Motors to get the car a new battery. They did a careful inspection, revealing several potentially dangerous mechanical defects. They were up front about repair costs, and took their time to do the job right. They even sent an Uber car to pick him up at the university so he could retrieve his car. I highly recommend this shop!

This place gives better service than the local Volkswagen dealer. They have a more personal touch. They are quite a bit cheaper and they service the car faster.

The shop performed the work quickly and got the car back to us at the time promised. Some unexpected extra work came up that Water Star discounted very generously. I love the fact that Water Star is owned and operated by a local family that is committed to providing stellar customer service.
