Smooth from beginning to end, easy appointment, an hour long as they said-enough time to go to the shopping center nearby for coffee or shopping. Good price for the smog check and they added air to my tires too.

Besides being a little hard to find, everything about getting my oil changed here went well. They kept my appointment (which I made online!) and I was able to wait for the car in their cozy office with fresh coffee, candy, and lots of magazines. They explained everything and were friendly and professional. When I asked about an unrelated problem, they gave me a plausible answer and referred me to where I could have it fixed. No hard sell on anything and I was on my way in under an hour.

I was able to get same day service to replace an egr solenoid. I found that the people at Water Star Motors are honest and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.
