I needed a smog check for my vehicle and several places closer to home were not available for over a week. I called Water Star Motors after seeing positive Yelps. Rebecca was wonderful. She scheduled me for the next morning. I arrived, and she was welcoming, helpful and wonderfully personable. I could see this was a family business, and it was refreshing to see that their customers matter to them. They are reasonably priced, even had a coupon for my smog that saved me $10! Rebecca knew everybody by name when they arrived which is wonderful feeling as a customer. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience, professional, reasonably priced for great service, and definitely customer oriented. I will definitely be back! Great choice for anyone looking for a great shop that services all types of vehicles. Great family feel.

Despite Water Star getting in unscheduled customers showing up before my 8:10 am appointment, they brought my car in and finished the smog check within the time I expected. Everyone was curteous and helpful, and while I was informed of a service needed soon for my car, I was in no way pressured to have it performed right away or even by them. Excellent, and I will return.

The team at Water Star Motors is amazing. I was about to purchase a used car at Aloha Motors nearby, and was looking for a Master Technician's certified by the ASE to do a pre-purchase inspection - Water Star Motors only employ Master Technicians! Lisa who booked the appointment was friendly and helpful, and Rebecca served me when I was there for my appointment. She explained everything to me thoroughly and indulged my list of questions as a first time car owner and a first time used-car buyer. I could not be more grateful for her patience, help and expertise. She went above and beyond, and even helped me get recommendation for trustworthy auto shops close to where I actually live. The pre-purchase inspection itself was fantastic. I had a copy of all the things that were checked, the recommended maintenance repairs, anything that is a cause for concern, etc. It really gave somebody like me who is completely clueless about the workings of a car the confidence and concrete knowledge I needed to make an informed purchase. They even topped off the coolant in the car!

I am happily surprised to find a car repair shop I can trust. I've always gone to the dealerships before but with a 2007 Honda Accord LX I have been looking for a smaller trustworthy shop. I was getting getting air repair quotes as a possible $1000 cost. Water Star did the repair for $127 for parts and labor. What a relief!!! I will be back.
