I've always been wary of auto repair shops, so I decided to take my new car to the dealer for service - huge mistake. The dealer's service dept. can be your worst nightmare, with zero accountability. I'm willing to pay a little more for good service, but I was pleasantly surprised when my bill at Water Star Motors was lower than my expectations. In the long run, it's better to have a solid relationship with a local mechanic that you can trust. Not only do they save your vehicle from potentially thousands of dollars in future repairs, Water Star Motors can refer you to other local shops for new tires, body repair, etc. I'm very grateful to have WSM on my preferred vendor's list. I don't lose sleep worrying about the next auto repair because I know they will take good care of my vehicles.
