Water Star squeezed us into their busy schedule to make sure our Toyota Sequoia's brakes were in good condition. Thank you! We had a long drive the next day. Water Star also has done a major service on our VW Golf TDI as it approaches 200K miles. You might pay a little more to get it done at expert level here, but it's far less money and inconvenience than doing it twice or needing repairs at shorter intervals.

I was pleased with the service provided earlier this week. I requested only a routine oil change, which was accomplished very well, and I also got advice on activating my digital key, a recommendation to replace my water pump in the near future, and information on correcting a dashboard display problem. I was also provided a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. This enabled me to meet the day's other commitments.

Water Star replaced my water pump on my '08 Camry for half the cost that Toyota quoted me. This is the second time I have used them and the service once again was impeccable!

My first experience at Water Star Motors was good. Henry and Colin thoroughly diagnosed my new noise on my 2004 Oddessey. They traced it to the transmissiion. Their recommendation was to thoroughly flush and replace the transmission fluid with synthetic ATF. The difference between them and Honda, they say, is that Honda only drains and replaces what comes out of the transmission with no flushing. This can leave bad stuff in the torque converter at a minimum. It seems to have done the trick and my transmission seems to have lost the odd new noise and is working quite well. They did charge me for diagnostics and the price for the transmission fluid flush was about 1.5x what Honda charges, but if it extends the life of my transmission, it seems worth the extra money to have the TLC that Water Star provided my Oddessey. Seems like these folks know what they are doing.
