I brought my car to Water Star for a smog check. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She told me that my car would be ready in a half hour and it was ready by then.

As always, the service is excellent. I went in for shock absorbersand came out with a car running better than ever. Although I didnot request it, Henry and the team checked my idle and madeneeded adjustments. If you are looking for integrity and consistentgood service, Water Star is the place to go.

Everything Water Star did was fine! I'll be back for sure.My only complaint is that I had an appointment for 1:00 for an oil-change, etc.But it was well over an hour of waiting before my car was started on.I can understand that an unexpected problem might have arisen in the previous job. But if it were possible to have gotten a phone call to tell me to come a bit later, it would have been good.

Brought my 1997 Miata in for routine oil & filter change. From Rebecca's always-courteous and engaging demeanor to the prompt and reliable service provided, another stellar performance by this team! I'm exceptionally grateful that we can count on Water Star for dependable and thorough care of our vehicles!
