This place has been very fair to me. I have a older GM car specifically a oldsmobile Alero, which while missing many features common on more modern cars such as side airbags, backup cameras and windows that roll down it is the car I could afford when i got here and saves from having to take that damn bus everywhere. As anyone who has ever had to rely on a cheap ten to fifteen year old car can tell your maintenance can be brutal. If i had enough spare income to routinely fix it I totally would have bought a better car from the get go. And as everyone knows GM wasn't expecting Alero owners to still be on the road some 15 years after they shut down Oldsmobile. Anyway thanks to the engineering genius of GM I've had some hard maintenance issues. I'm quite pleased with Water Star motors for helping me out. They've fixed my more serious automotive issues, worked with me on pricing and payment options and in general treated me more kindly then could have been expected. I have no intention of ever taking my future vehicles anywhere else for maintenance. Ever. One last quick note-the owner/head mechanic has a thing for imports. No really. He is simply delighted and fascinated by them, so if you have a non us made car especially an older one this guy knows everything there is to know about it. I feel comfortable recommending this place for foreign car repair and servicing.

There is no other auto shop I would trust more than Water Star Motors. Henry, Lisa, Rebecca and staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to all needs. Thanks to Water Star Motors' hard work and extra care, my car drives like it's new with over 187,000 miles.

If I have a question, they make sure it's answered to my satisfaction and take their time explaining and instilling confidence that my car needs are being handled with a plethora of knowledge and ability.
