My experience with Water Star Motors was excellent! The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. I have a Hyundai and all the other shops in the county said they are unable to service my transmission. Water Star had no trouble with this. When I returned to pick up my car, they were cleaning my windows for me: added bonus! Before I left, one of the techs spent extra time with me troubleshooting a concern I had when my car was in idle. They did not pressure that any service be done but made suggestions as to what would be recommended. All in all, GREAT service! I also love that their shop is in the middle of town, making it easy to get downtown to fill time. I will absolutely return to Water Star!

We were in a pinch when our radiator blew after dropping the kids off at school and I was on my way to work. They are a AAA approved place and exceeded our expectations! They were very communicative, on time with their estimated timeline and overall friendly staff. They went above and beyond but cleaning all the windows, the engine area, and even vacuumed the inside of our car. We would recommend them and use them again.

I had the 60,000 mile service done and an aluminum screen installed. I had a great experience dealing with the office staff, very professional and a special "Thank You" to Eric who made sure everything was done well. I do recommend this establishment and will trust them with my vehicle in the future
