BEST friendly customer service and professionalism in town! From initial intake to disclusure of engine issue(s), Kristen and her staff were transparent, thorough and accomodating. They even transported me to and from work at no charge, something the local dealership would not do. I highly recommend this company because they are honest, efficient, and even replaced my car key battery for free!

I was given an estimate prior to any work being done on my truck. I appreciated the updates on what was going on with my truck and the recommendations for future work needed provided to me when I picked up my truck. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Kristen provides excellent customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She makes frequent phone call updates and takes the time to explain what is wrong with, and the fix for your vehicle. The owners, Henry and Lisa, and their talented crew of mechanics did an extensive repair on our Range Rover, then thoroughly checked all systems, and washed and vacuumed the car before we picked it up. Plus, they provide an excellent guarantee on their work. If you need a competent, professional auto repair shop, Water Star fits the bill. We will continue to call on them for our vehicle service and repair.

Kristen at Water Star Motors was so nice I never wanted to leave… In a rating from 1 to 10 I give her and Water Star Motors 125

Daughter took car in for a "Check Engine" light issue. First of all, they charged $190 to diagnose (i.e. read code). Then they charged $500 to not fix it (had to go back as light came back on immediately and had the same code). They also wanted to charge her $130 for an oil change ($30 at my mechanic) and $170 for a "brake fluid exchange because there's 4% moisture in the brake fluid." Measured at a brake shop it was 1% and even at 4% wouldn't need changing. Also wanted to charge her $35 for a $12 air filter that didn't need changing. So I'm guessing they saw a young woman and decided to try to take advantage of her. On top of all this, they left her sunroof open when it was pouring rain. Definitely won't be going back or recommending.

I can understand your perception of the situation and appreciate your input and criticism. The last thing we want to do is upset any customer. We place a high value on all of our customers and there satisfaction and it is never our intention to take advantage of anyone. Also thank you for having your daughter come back in so we could take care of the check engine light under our 3 year warranty. While opinions do vary on necessary repairs, we test brake fluid with a state of the art electronic tester. 3 percent water in any braking system is over the minimum standard in the automotive industry. As for the oil change, we don't do oil changes. We normally do an oil service that includes synthetic oil, a new oil filter, and a complete vehicle inspection. We also top off all fluids and replace any light bulbs that are burned out. We consider it our responsibility to our customers to give them a comprehensive report of their vehicles health when it comes to our shop. Thanks, Henry
