Took my car back to them for no air conditioning after they "fixed it" at a cost of 250.00. Four months later the car had the problem. Took it back they replaced a part. And charged me 238.00 most of that was labor. So I paid twice to get the car fixed. Let's see how long it last this time. That is why I gave them a 4 star.

Amazing customer service! Kristen was amazing! She was more than willing to go above and beyond working with me. Cant say enough good things! The friendliest, most helpful car repair people around. I drove into town with my car's dashboard acting like there was a four alarm fire for hundreds of miles, and was so relieved to have everything addressed and resolved in a few hours' time. I'm so grateful for the excellent service at Water Star Motors!

They were so awesome! I called them late on Friday morning with an emergency car repair and they had it diagnosed and fixed by 3:00. Can’t thank them enough. Fair honest and fast.

So greatful for this shop. They aren't fenced in so I was able to tow my car there when it broke down after hours. They diagnosed my car problems and recommended different options for the fate of my car. Any time I mentioned to friends where my car was towed, they all said that they love the service at Water Star. Will definitely bring my future cars in!

Probably won't take my Mercedes here again. The service solved my check engine light problem but created a new one. An intermittent "gas cap loose" check engine light came on right after the service. After 2 months and spending $45 for a new gas cap (did not fix the problem), I finally figured out that the technician left a small hose on the fuel evap system disconnected which was the root cause. Reconnected the hose and problem went away.

I wish we would have had the opportunity to reinspect your Mercedes, and take care of the issue.
