So glad I found Waterstar Motors to take care of my 2008 Prius-Love my car and I intend on keeping it as long as I can. Love this place and everyone there. I feel like I'm home. This company is friendly, competent and honest. You will be greeted on the phone by either of two super knowledgeable service managers, Stephanie or Eric. The mechanics are all highly certified and owners Jeff and Leslie are so nice and always on site. I feel like I hit the jackpot. I've been taking my car in for regular service and repairs for two years now. Last year I moved from the Bay Area and in a pinch had to go to a Toyota dealer in Southern California for an oil change and a 15 point inspection. The note back from the mechanic to the Service Manager was: "Tell her whoever is taking care of her car to keep going there. Everything looks great." I drive back to Santa Cruz to have all of my maintenance and repairs done. Wish I could put them in my pocket and take them with me. If you need to rent a car they will get you a special deal with Enterprise car rental-take you and pick you up. I usually just walk 3 blocks and I'm at Verve coffee house. Thank you Waterstar! Great teamwork!

I brought my van in for a diagnostic because it wasn't handling well and the check engine light came on after an oil change only two months ago at another repair garage, Skips Tires & Repair. Stephanie and her crew were excellent to work with. They honored the extended service contract that the original dealer, North Bay Ford sold me. North Bay Ford did a diagnostic last week but didn't find the faults and issues that Stephanies' crew uncovered. They left messages/estimates using email and text. They answered my phone calls and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. The vehicles been handling rough in recent rains so new tires and replacing the motor mounts was a priority. It is a time intensive job so it took 3 days but it was worth it. The back roads I drive are twisty turny, I'm driving a van

Always very happy with the service here. They share pictures of the problem and repair as they go, great communication and attention to detail. The garage is clean and well cared for ,which is always a good sign. They also have a full staff of mechanics, so they can take time to do the job right. Stephanie and Eric are super helpful.

Water Star Motors saved me once again after I hit a curb and popped the tire while driving at night. The car was towed to Water Star the next day to replace the tire and check the condition of my car. Luckily it turned out great and they replaced the tire and checked out my car for safety. They take such good care of my car and me.
